Authorize API Sample Form

A sample form that uses the GenerateOrderNumber example function to generate a unique order number. The form then posts to an ASP Script that uses the Win HTTP Authorize and Parse Authorize API example scripts. The Credit Card is also displayed on the receipt masked, using the example function CreditCardLast4.
